We are located near Baylor Grapevine Hospital, between Highway 26 (Grapevine Highway) and the Southlake Blvd. exit off of 114 West. Our building is 3 stories tall, white and gray, with "Baylor Medical Plaza" written in blue at the top of the building. We are located in Suite 110 - the first door on the left as you enter the building.
If you are going west on 114: We are located on the 114 access road. Take the Southlake Blvd. exit off of 114. Look immediately to the right and you will see our building. Go up the access road (about half a block) and turn into our parking lot just before the Shell station on the corner.
If you are going north on 121: If you are on 121 - exit William D. Tate (114 West) and go through 3 traffic lights. At the third light, you will turn to the left and immediately get on 114 West. Stay in the right lane. You are going to take the first exit - Southlake Blvd. Look immediately to the right and you will see our building. Go up the access road (about half a block) and turn into our parking lot just before the Shell station on the corner.
If you are going east on 114: Exit Southlake Blvd and go to the 2nd light. Turn left at the light (Wall Street) and cross the bridge. Go past the Shell station at the corner and turn right into the first driveway. Surgical Center is on your right, and our building is just ahead.

We're located in the Starwood Medical Offices building located on the Northwest corner of the North Dallas Tollway and Gaylord Parkway across the tollway from IKEA.
Traveling from the North, drive South on the Dallas Tollway and exit Gaylord Pkwy, stay on access road and Starwood Medical Offices are on the right side in a four story white medical office building.
Traveling from the South, drive North on the Dallas Tollway and exit Gaylord Pkwy, turn under the tollway/bridge to go south on the access road and the Starwood Medical Offices are on the right side in a 4 story white medical office building.
